Here're 10 best family hotels in Niagara Falls you need to know and may help your outdoor trip there.
Courtyard Niagara Falls
An excellent location. From here even a couple of 75 years old can walked to anyone of the more 50 places of interest within 20 minutes, if you didn't want to utilized the very efficient local transportation system. From our 9th floor room we were able to enjoy the spectacular fire works put on by the Falls Authority.
The Rex Motel
Need a place to sleep while seeing the attractions in Niagara Falls? This is a good alternative to the expensive downtown hotels. The Rex offers good value for money: it is obviously a 50's strip motel that has been well maintained and updated. The rooms are on the small side, but recently decorated and clean. Bathrooms are average size but recently updated. The motel is 2-3 car lengths from a busy street, so light sleepers won't be happy here. Our room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is no individual heat adjustment in the room, so we were chilly at some points. The staff were courteous and helpful.
There is a family restaurant across the street and a Tim Horton's a few blocks farther.
The Peninsula Inn
The family suite has 2 large double bed, attached bathroom and a living hall. Large enough for a family or 4 adults. Place is cosy, enjoy the pool & sauna facilities, morning coffee tea. Location is near to other amenities including a cinema where we went for a movie. Just a 10 minute drive to the Falls.
Sheraton on the Falls
Our Family's first trip to Niagara Falls Ontario. The Hotel's location was perfect. Right in the middle of all the attractions and restaurants etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean. Needs some updating and the beds were extra firm, the pillows were great. The pool is small, but adequate for children. Starbucks in the lobby! Tim Horton's across the street, Hard Rock Cafe & Rain Forest Cafe were in the same building.
Howard Johnson Hotel by the Falls Niagara Falls
This hotel was perfect for our weekend at Niagara Falls. The location made it easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was clean and the service was great. The room was a nice size and perfect for our visit.
Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview
The cheapest price of the hotel is scary but we were pleasantly surprised by the superb simple location - within walking distance of all the attractions. The room is very clean and large RYAN clerk very professional reception.
Ramada Niagara Falls by the River
This hotel was 30 min walk from Clifton Hill. There was not much nightlife around the area, however Dad's diner was a great cheap spot for breakfast. Nice place to stay ,good for family ,the connecting room which was nice too get. Overall good experience.
Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview
Had a Fallsview room, was not disappointed. Bed faced the falls. Could watch the falls nighttime lights from hot tub. Room was clean. Included a microwave and fridge. Staff were friendly. Quick walk to Casinos and attractions.
